If you do not have a referral already made, and have not been seen by one of our physicians  within the past year, please do not call our office directly.

It is necessary that you see a primary care provider first to discuss a referral. See our section on Appointments for information.

If you have been referred to see Dr Menard or Dr Cox, our office will usually call you within 2-3 days to make an appointment.

If you have not heard from us in this period of time, or if you were asked to arrange a follow up check, or you need to change a scheduled appointment, please call our office as above.
