As you may know, the pediatricians have publically expressed our opposition and concern with VIHA placing adult patients on the Children's ward at NRGH. There is now a public petition that has been started online for individuals to sign if they support the concerns expressed by our group (click below).

Placing adult patients on the Paediatric Ward at NRGH compromises the health, safety, and security of the paediatric patients. Our children have a right to a protected space that provides a standard of care optimized to their unique medical, emotional, and developmental needs.
