Our office recieves referrals for many different problems and different situations. Our waiting times depend on what type of referral we receive, and the urgency that your referring physician suggests.

When your referral is received, we will usually call you within a few days to make an appointment. If we cannot make an appointment, it means that we need forms/questionnaires completed first, or we do not have the office schedule itself set yet. Even still, our office can tell you which clinic your referral has been directed towards: M (Medical), D1 (General/young Developmental), D2 (Complex Developmental)

The summary below we try to update as often as possible. Please be aware that this is only an estimate, and the actual wait times can change without notice.

Present wait times:  December 2011

Medical Clinic (M):   1 week

Developmental Clinic (D1):  3-4 months

Developmental Clinic (D2):  5-6 months
