- This web site  set up by the Canadian Pediatric Society, is specifically meant for parents.  There are plenty of interesting topics including vaccine saftey, health promotion, and special topics for teens.

Parenting Corner

- This web site is part of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Much like the Canadian site above, it has interesting topics ranging from  A to Z.

Asthma:

- This "cool" site  is Canadian, and fun for kids.  It even has games for kids to learn about asthma.

Disease 101: Childhood Asthma

 - This site, part of the American Academy of Allergy and Asthma, has a lot of information about childhood asthma, as well as allergies in children.

Diabetes:

Canadian Diabetes Asscoiation

- Here is a great place to start learning about diabetes, and its treatments. 

Insulin Pumps

- A BC web site, which will introduce families to using pumps for insulin therapy.
